      Pros

      Very safety conscious, working very hard at proactive maintenance, spending $$$ to improve plant

      Cons

      Operations pretty much runs the show over maintenance, high overtime - some of it forced

      After the Vote One Year, Out Without Gallogly, In with Bob

      Pros

      The people I work with period. Gallogly pulled his ripcord, we are in a honeymoon with Mr. Bob Patel. After the Union Vote things are slowly changing. Upper Management is now engaged with the hourly folks. They need to keep it up, the people closet to the pipes make this company, not just Operations but **IEA, **MACH and Daylight Personnel at the site (TEAMWORK). The Management at the plant is engaged. Working together we will make this right and even the Pro Union guys are getting onboard.

      Cons

      At this time they are starting to getting back to basics not treating as us as commodity.
