      Pros

      Overall the company was fair in job placement ie; the person was correct for the job, not what race or gender that person was

      Cons

      Having to work out in the environment when it is 20 below 0 things freeze and break and unfortunately I was one of those lucky employs that got to go out side and fix it

      Difficult Conditions in a Bankrupt Company

      Good pay and benefits, consistent with energy sector area. Reasonable balance between employment and home life. Advancement opportunities for willing relocators. Good level of safety attention and development.

      Cons

      Can be bureaucratic. Tight budgets. Senior management talks the talk, doesn't walk the walk Lost lots of experience in recent cutbacks. Many good folks looking elsewhere for jobs.
