      Pros

      Broad variety of experience and opportunities inside the company. Friendly and knowledgeable colleagues in Rotterdam office. The work culture last few years improve a lot and there are more flexibility in WFH.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical management structure, difficult to get a promotion if you don't have a good connection i the management. Very American way of dealing with employees, HR department is just one big mess.

      Good salary and secondary benefits (vacation days). At this moment a stable company. Friendly colleagues and team atmosphere.

      Cons

      No flex work allowed. Very rigid processes to get pay increase or grow.
