      salary benefits pto some friendly faces, its a job

      Cons

      horrible management bad leadership favoritism if your manager doesn't like you-good luck, Very cliquey need to brown nose often I wonder if the senior managers actually know what they are doing... Manager can also prevent you from moving elsewhere too much outsourcing so your meeting hours are off balance

      It used to be better.

      Pros

      Decent benefits, helpful colleagues, the rotational program is a good way to start off in the company

      Cons

      Upper management incompetency (clearly showed during the economic downturn and the company issued layoffs), health insurance is kind of expensive, overall culture is becoming more rigid than it used to be despite not showing strong improvements in performance, new office location has made commuting much more difficult for many employees.

      Retirement related benefits - 6% 401K match and 6% pension contribution (vested after 3 years)

      Cons

      Bad managers will ruin everything, pretend to be a good leader in meetings with higher ups, yet only look after themselves . Company performance keeps sliding, bonus were not paid at target rates.
