Pros
Close attention to safety, treats people well for the most part, fortune 500 company, fairly competitive pay for common job titles, comes various perks (events, lifemart discounts, ect)
Cons
Does not recognize talent beyond the scope of your job title. (I personally have taken up the duties of several other positions we didnt have staffing for, instead of promoting me or recognizing me, they reduced my pay and left me no path forward to advance beyond entry level. I wasnt given any discussions, not a single one on one, not even one disciplinary action on file beyond the occasional sick day, though i believe my case is an outlier, most everyone else seems to get yearly evaluations)
