The technicians are extremely overworked. Often make mistakes because we are overworked and exhausted. One person per area when the workload requires at least 2 per area. Preaches safety but how can you when you're rushing just to get the work done. The lab technicians are often forgotten compared to the operators. No push back, because higher upsare trying to impress causing the techniciansyou take on more work on top of the heavy load. Also you will work with some lazy techs.

Procurement is actively trying to reduce work force at plants leaving stakeholders in limbo. No training. Expected to start new position with no training. Doesn’t attract top talent. People left in department are not experienced. Turn over in procurement is the highest in the company.
