Cons

No life. Sometimes 20 days straight before we get a day off! You’ll see half the employees busting butt while the other half stands around talking, almost holding hands (literally lmao). The supervisors praise the lazy workers! While the good workers get lectured over any little thing! Women don’t get treated equally either! No women leads in day shift.
