Pros

There are some good people there that work very hard. Made some friends.

Cons

Benefits, nepotism, back stabbing, and game playing, just to name a few. Parts room is unfriendly and a mess. Unsafe conditions and the sanitation is awful (bugs).

Pros

You can slack off a lot and nobody really cares or notices. Easy workload, most of the departments here are way overstaffed with lazy unmotivated people which makes working here easy due to low expectations for performance.

Cons

Low pay. Absolutely no room for advancement even though they will say the opposite. Lots of family/friends of friends working here getting advancements though. Absolutely no incentive to do well.
