Pros
Occasionally get to take home some "damaged" products.
Cons
Long work hours with low hourly pay. They'd rather pay OT than give a decent hourly wage. All that does is cause people to call off once they make enough money for the week, which leads to more work for those who come in since the products still have to get made and shipped. Also morale is low and people don't work as hard since they have to pace themselves over 60 to 72 hours a week. And management couldn't care less. Especially the ones who come in from California thinking they know how to run the place.
