Nice office and people, for the most part.

HR team is ineffective, especially the VP. Pay is low, even for Fresno. Bad neighborhood with unsafe parking.

Pros

You can slack off a lot and nobody really cares or notices. Easy workload, most of the departments here are way overstaffed with lazy unmotivated people which makes working here easy due to low expectations for performance.

Cons

Low pay. Absolutely no room for advancement even though they will say the opposite. Lots of family/friends of friends working here getting advancements though. Absolutely no incentive to do well.
