      Horrible HR Toxic Environment

      Weekends off Work it self not hard

      Cons

      Horrible management Don’t waste your time Don’t appreciate workers AT ALL Will hold u accountable on assumptions and not facts (if something goes wrong it will be ur fault and will be held against you even thought u had nothing to do with it) Not enough pay - Over work you HR will always be against the worker, will do whatever possible for you to not get your promised benefits

      Effort and accomplishments are rewarded with good raises/promotion The company likes to promote from within when possible

      Cons

      Lack of team environment - the company tries to promote teamwork but certain departments are not involved/show initiative A lot of hours - salaried positions work overtime quite often without compensation Live in constant chaos - equipment breaking down/poor planning

      Would be nice to receive some more Lyons products: syrups/sauces to take home.
