Ability to use your clinical judgement within a short term solution focus model. Clinical decision making is respected, and high priority on patient care. High level of clinical integrity amongst fellow clinical staff. Strong benefits package. Recently added 401k match.
Cons
High hourly expectations, many metrics to follow. Depending on the companies you are supporting, acuity of symptoms does not always match an online EAP model. Less emphasis on employee well being than in earlier years.
