Pros

There are still some good people buts loads have left and more are going. 3 to 4 years ago the technology was very good and the basic idea was sound, Lyris could have beaten all of the competition.

Cons

Senior management that does not know what it is doing and is so full of itself. Staff are treat in an underhanded and dishonest way. You have to perpetually watch your back, even if you are given direct instructions make rue you have CYA backing. Scapegoats are hunted down ruthlessly, this is ingrained in the behavior.

if you are lucky to get into certain teams there are some smart developers from whom you can learn a lot from.

Management is very opaque. No collaborative culture

free sodas and fresh fruits? fuss table and pool free parking free tiny gym

Cons

- Huge cut on benefits - Paying under the market price - no recognition - No idea on how to achieve goals - Like to keep you in the dark and openly lie to you, until the next "clean-up", and see people leaving and coming back after 6PM to gather their belongings.
