Lytro is for people good at politics rather than engineering. The engineering managers have little technical knowledge in relevant area and cannot have a discussion based on math and science. They emotionally push their inconsistent and nonsensical opinions on engineers. They don't hesitate to tell a lie and harass engineers daily. The fundamental product development is getting stagnant over the last year.

Never before have I been a part of a more ridiculous organization. It is hard to believe that investors would continue to prop up this trainwreck. Although there are a few knowledgeable people in their disciplines, the majority are clueless, insufficiently experienced, and arrogant.
