Pros

Interesting technology, lavishly wasting investor money is fun.

Cons

Never before have I been a part of a more ridiculous organization. It is hard to believe that investors would continue to prop up this trainwreck. Although there are a few knowledgeable people in their disciplines, the majority are clueless, insufficiently experienced, and arrogant.

Interesting technology led by an apathetic executive team

Pros

Great talent. Fun products. Relatively laid-back environment

Cons

Too much apathy at the top. The executive team is completely disconnected from the work, the product and the employees. If you are looking for a 9-to-5 job and don't mind the commute, this could be a good place for you. If you care about your career, this is definitely not the place to be. Stay away.
