Pros

They like to go out to eat a lot. If you like to get free meals instead of a solid career opportunity, SWFL division may be the place to you.

Cons

From the highest level down, they don’t know what they’re doing within this new division. From being completely out of touch with the market, slow to react, to having no true leadership skills or qualities, this division will fail in due time. They’ve gone through numerous VP roles due to horrible management from the DP role and above. They will not listen to the ones in the field for reference or advice. Most of their mgmt are people fired from other builders and it’s clear why they ended up at M/I Homes SWFL.
