Pros

Good base pay and benefits. Great management. M-F 8-4 hours.

Cons

Bonus program was sub-par compared to other builders. Can't live up to customer expectations with today's trade base. Not M/I's fault. It's the same for all production builders.

Normal downsides to construction in 2022: managing customer expectations, timeline delays, material delays, managing vendor relationships
