Pros

Plenty of work for sub contractors when the housing market is doing well. If you do a good job for them, they will give you work when the market is down.

Cons

Work site conditions leave a lot to be desired

Pros

Money- If you can sell you will do well. Pretty much left alone by leadership Helping buyers with a major life purchase and changing their life at the same time. Other NHCs are really awesome to work with

Cons

Local area president does not know how to or care to talk to his employees. Felt like the only opinion that mattered was his. Shut up and do your job mentality. Do not speak your mind or make suggestions. Limiting sales due to no land in 2022. Focus is on the bottom line and not on people.
