      Pros

      There were a handful of good people to work with there, but it’s only because we all agreed how terrible of a place it is to work. They can not keep employees..

      Cons

      The detroit division is unorganized and poorly ran by leadership. They’re not going anywhere, therefore do not expect to professionally grow within the organization.
