I feel like I take the job home with me. Phone/email notifications are constant Not enough good contractors to help get things done right the first time

I enjoy my team & leadership. They value input and opinion on all levels of employees in the company. Company is more like a family than a work place. People are willing to help if you have questions. Team and leadership are uplifting and encouraging.

Cons

Always on. Days off you’re still working. Working every weekend. High stress but financially rewarding.
