      Pros

      Very employee focused. The leadership teams are focused on growth and results but at the same time they make sure we are living our core values each day. This is very refreshing. We get great support and career movement when it is available.

      Cons

      When you work at a great place your turnover can be low (especially in management positions). With that being the case your potential to get promoted can take a little longer. But they do what they can to develop you and get you ready for the next step.
