Understaffed, high turnover

Pros

Large company with decent benefits.

Cons

High turnover & still understaffed from the recession. Everyone works like a dog except for upper management. Management leaves promptly at 5pm with no respect for the underlings who slave away. Too much emphasis on customer surveys, which don't truly indicate how good an employee is...but rather how well they've bribed customers for good reviews.

Pros

Great working conditions in a Model Home. Great working with families that were interested in building a new home. Liked working with customers through the entire process

Cons

Working Nights and Weekend. You income was dictated by the location and product line offered in the community you were assigned.
