      - Pretty good pay - Very strong local presence in Buffalo - Very strong, long-term performance - Nice work environment - A lot of great coworkers

      Cons

      - Bad managers stay and good employees get thrown under the bus - Required to use PTO for appointments and errands even if you worked more than 40 hours in the week (never had this before working here) - A lot of continued chaos due to growing pains - So many things did not keep pace with the rest of the world and are now in crisis upgrade mode
