M&T Bank reviews

M&T once hired hybrid meaning you’d have to go in the office twice a week and the rest you can work remote. This bank has taken away this flexibility due to corporate greed!! They have now announced employees will now be required to go in 4 days a week although this has no benefits for employees as they state it’s for “collaboration”, but they know it’s none other than wanting people to quit and not being as a headliner again for massive layoffs!! Horrible horrible company I don’t recommend working here if you want a work life balance.

Upper management is out of touch with its employees. They praise they offer a work life balance but just took away our in WFH flexiblity. Just 1 day allowed to WFH each week. As a parent, I start later as I get my kids on the bus. With this extra commute time, I wont get home until late 4 days a week which doesnt work for multiple reasons. I also belong to extra curricular actvities. I have to quit supporting those small businesses as I no longer have the time to attend those classes.
