Great atmosphere, fantastic support from immediate management team, job is interesting and fulfilling.

Cons

Pay is ridiculously low, I am struggling to pay for basic necessities and many of my coworkers are as well. We are regularly promised ‘competitive compensation’ but are not seeing that. I am paid less than people I supervise because I live just outside of that higher pay area.
