      Good Company to work for, exept pay and advancement

      Pros

      They seem to care about their employees as well as the general outlook/ consequences for business decisions. The company likes to advocate that they promote from within. They are in actuality, superior to competitors, therefore selling their products/services is something to not feel guilty doing.

      Cons

      The general sense of promotion is not always done fairly. A current employee should be at least given an interview if meeting basic qualifications of a specific job they are applying to. Pay is less than competitors. Raises are ridiculous. Branch asst managers and managers can not fully support the rest of the staff because they are unfamiliar with teller systems. Lots of sales required for tellers.

      Pros

      I found that all of my co-workers and customers are wonderful to work with. There was plenty of room for advancement

      Cons

      The only downside to working for this bank is that there were periods of short staffedness which is pretty much anywhere.

      I used to love my job when I started two years ago with former management but now it's just a joke!

      Pros

      - I enjoy being a teller and interacting with customers. - They have a pretty good benefit package and an expensive price. - Made some really close friends in the past two years working for my branch!

      Cons

      - Management goes behind your back and talks about you to other employees. - Threaten they would fire the whole branch if the service scores don't improve when we all know it's the bank in general they do not care for and the surveys are getting old now! - Never recognizes anyone who has done well but wills always point out the negative. - Management has other employees do their work for them on top of doing our work Plenty more of cons to many too list!
