      Pros

      Great management support. Solid management team with a strong focus on growth hence opportunities for professional growth likely to increase. Respect for employees and encourage work

      Cons

      Should invest in updating tech infrastructure. Decision making at the midlle management level can be unnecessarily painful as people are over cautious.

      Pros

      You had the chance to build relationships with members of the community. You would talk to people on a daily or weekly basis and really get to know your neighbors more than at some other sales jobs that i have held.

      Cons

      There is a lot of red tape rules that you are told to follow, though you frequently see the people telling you to do that break the very same rules.
