Great family environment to associate with. Plenty of opportunities to explore your strengths and learn your weaknesses to make a better you. Positive atmosphere, always feel safe and needed. Awesome personalities to work with on a daily basis. Great incentives for all workers no matter where you are located. Good company values and ethics. There are no hidden agenda's and changes made without prior notice. You sign a contract at the beginning along with all paperwork letting you know upfront so there is no confusion on what to expect. I love the website they provide letting you know what you have worked, which area, along with that it gives you a breakdown of what position your pay is in whether it be in processing or completed. The management level I see in this company is beyond wise, sufficient, helpful, and caring. Customer service is also top notch with answering questions and getting to the bottom of any complaints you have. I have not seen a better, well managed company that cares greatly for their workers! This company is out to make a difference not only in your life but in every life around you!!! Who could ask for more???

My only complaint is that I wish I could meet the other people in different cities and states to see how they work and what makes their market better or different from mine.
