Pros

When I did work, I enjoyed the people that I was working with. The working experience was easy flowing, and I was surrounded by outgoing and energetic brand ambassadors.

Cons

M2W is a booking company for brand ambassadors. I received multiple checks from m2w that came back restricted and were unable to be cashed. The employer did not warn me about this happening and caused me to lose out on this money. I have yet to be compensated for my work and do not consider m2w a reliable company. It is not certain that you will be paid for your work.

Pros

People - hard working, collaborative, and supportive. A lot of companies talk about work hard/play hard mentality and don't really follow through. M2W is supportive to it's staff. CEO is very hands on - works out in the field right along side BA staff - no egos here, everyone pitches in.

Cons

narrow client base - focus is on one client in the market.

Pros

M2W is a great place to learn and grow in experiential marketing. Staff members are well educated and very experienced in the field. No matter the job title, all employees get their hands dirty and walk the walk, including the CEO. She can be seen on site working with BAs or behind the scenes working with clients from the ground up. M2W also knows how to have fun, which makes the day-to-day job more exciting!

Cons

Some of us only get to see each other and work together in a "live" brainstorming session a couple of times a year.
