Pros

The people are great and the company allows the opportunity for growth. Company is also expanding which is promising and continues to show lots of support to its employees. Excellent management, good executive leadership.

Cons

pretty happy so far, don't have any bad things to mention.

Pros

I have been with M3 for a little over 2 years, and I have excelled here more than I ever have at other companies. In just a short amount of time I was introduced to new departments and positions and set on track to excel in my career path. There is a lot of room for growth, great coworkers, good benefits, and always an exciting work envoirnment. Also, there is flexibility to help accommodate my home life., which to me is extremely important.

Cons

Sometimes on Pizza Friday (everyweek) -- whoever is in charge of ordering will order order from a local pizza shop. Pizza Hut is the way to go.
