Fast-paced environment working with an excellent team! We are paid a full 8 hours on weekend days for shorter shifts!

Cons

Sometimes difficult to complete all tasks each day because of the workload.

Pros

Amazing Benefits, lots of training, National company that has many long term members. Pays higher commission that most other property management firms including on renewals.

Cons

There is a definite pecking order. You cannot communicate with upper management without it going through your superiors. New ideas do not seem to be welcome.

While we encourage following organizational lines of authority, MAA encourages an environment where ideas, problems and solutions can be discussed with immediate and other management personnel including an Employee Relations representative in the Human Resources department.
