      Pros

      Very good benefits, great management support, excellent pay for industry, the best management software, beautiful properties, upward mobility in the company

      Cons

      Not an easy job, your success will rely on your knowledge of all aspects of the business, daily routine varies but that's just the nature of Property Management

      Pros

      My favorite part about Post is the relationships I've made amongst co-workers across multiple properties and multiple markets. I've really felt like part of a team, and a valued contributor to the company. With a merger in the works, I hope the new company identifies the value of this work culture that Post has.

      Cons

      I wish we were in more markets. There's a bit of a disconnect between Texas and the rest of the markets.

Our new company will certainly be one that fosters teamwork and collaboration! After the merger, we will have 311 total assets in 16 states, and we are excited about all the new opportunities that will arise from being located in more markets.

      Pros

      Post has been very personable since I have worked with them. They really do try their best to make sure their residents feel at home and taken care of. The employees also work together as a team which is very helpful.

      Cons

      Working Saturdays, but only open until 5 and you get one long weekend per month!
