Pros

Fairly competitive pay for mid to low level positions.

Cons

Management functions almost entirely on an hours logged at desk metric. They will promise you the world in benefits then slowly but surely belittle you for following what you thought you were getting. Mentorship and flexibility are virtually nonexistent in most cases. Little room for advancement and absolutely no workplace culture as nobody communicates. AVOID

Pros

There are many amazing people at this company as well as managers. it seems to be luck of the draw for management. The CEO does try to include everyone in his quarterly communication meetings. I am lucky to work in a department that practices comradery and communication.

Cons

While some managers are amazing others can be what is simply known as bullies. They seem to enjoy exerting their power over others and butting heads with other department heads. There is also an expectation to be available at all times while one is on PTO.

Pros

1. HQ has a great facility 2. work life balance is ok 3. There are some really great people at the Lowell site that genuinely care and want you to succeed.

Cons

The worst organization I've worked for in my career. There is absolutely no diversity. Being the only POC in an office, I often felt UNSEEN. There is no employee engagement in NC office. If you are not an engineer, they expect you to know their "Engineering terms" and if you don't, then they may make you feel as though you are unintelligent, unqualified, and less than . Management is disconnected from their employees. 100% in office, when majority of the work done was virtual and over zoom.
