      Gossipping clicks HR and general manager listen to older employees who have nothing better to do than get people fired. The inspectors weren't real like I was they didn't understand how solder reacts in a vacuum Older employees talk about female body parts very uncomfortable.

      It's a place where you can learn everything and anything

      Cons

      Once you know something or good at something, it follows you as you transition. At many times you're wearing many hats were as a young engineering is great for balanced learning if that is how you learn but it's not sustainable.
