Perhaps this position might be okay if you've never had any exposure to RF and Microwave circuits.

Cons

The job was an extremely low pay job for an electrical engineer with a BSEE - about $75k. You're essentially a technician with a four year degree.

The scheduling. You'll work 3-4 days in a week. The current base pay are decent. Current management are starting to be more attentive & helpful in helping employees with their career paths.

Cons

Most tools are outdated, where sometimes thered be safety concerns. Don't really have a solid 5S in place.
