Pros

The place was very nice to work. The managers were very technical and supportive. Some flexibility at work, challenging design projects.

Cons

Medical benefits were expensive. The cost of medical plan (HSA & PPO) went up each year.

Pros

My boss is usually out 2 days/ wk. Pay is average when this is factored in. PTO/holiday schedule is decent.

Cons

No advancement. No training. Majority of the time, I'm "listening to my boss" rather than "doing my job". Quantity over quality. Instead of working together early on, managers/engineers just put aside problems until the last second, then argue like children.
