      Pros

      Highly supportive India management and equally good engineering team. Top notch engineers with devotion towards their job makes them the best of the class.

      Cons

      Post MACOM acquisition things are going the opposite way. Not a great deal of new path breaking work happening. Not much cons, with some trust and corrections in approach it’s the best I have worked in.

      1) Technical Transparency which can enable you to learn more 2) ZERO politics - everyone is open for discussion 3) Most stuffs are managed my technically sound people 4) Excellent office facility in Pune with Canteen, Gym, huge cubicles 8x8 feet

      1) Compensation compared to Bangalore 2) Most decisions driven by US management
