Pros

Pay was market, not extremely demanding work load, good benefits.

Cons

Extremely rigid and bureaucratic. Very political and clique-ish, especially in the accounting department, where specialists live in fear of making a misstep. Working environment may work for those who like extreme structure and a strong caste system. Not for those who like to create change and improvements.

Pros

As one of the best container line in the world m I am sure everyone wants to work in Maersk Line.

Cons

The quality of old ships are going down , so suggest to inform vessel well in advance whether ship is going to be sold or scrapped.
