Maersk GSC is the first company that make me feel that working in the office is not that really serious and stressful. People here are very great, they are friendly and if you need an assistance they won't think twice to help you. You will learn a lot in here specially in terms of career. benefits are good. If you want a work-life balance Maersk GSC is the company for you.

Cons

I am looking for career advancement that in my department they can't provide since the stability and the process of the department are still in progress.

Good office environment. Management very knowledgeable. Company is considerate to their employees.

Cons

Not much room for advancement unless willing to relocate. Constant changing of customers within the CSRs. One-on-one training very short before being put out on the floor on their own.
