      Pros

      global brand name...trusted name in shipping...a lot of opportunities to move within the company..hopefully the maersk brand will help me to get a new and better job in the future...

      Cons

      pay could be better..too many processes to work with...responsibilities tend to get mixed up within customer service and sales..

      Pros

      I found that the team was very friendly and had a good company reputation. The company put a heavy investment into graduate training.

      Cons

      Decisions often made by head office with little thought about impact across other geographies. Whilst the training for graduates was a big investment, the roles performed by grads were often too low-level and lacking in challenges.
