      Pros

      They have good benefits and off on weekends.

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement ,raises and high employee turn over rate. They do a lot of off shoring positions and streamlining.

      Pros

      From the perspective of a marine engineer: Overall most of the ships are well maintained. Policies which ensure that crew members are adequately rested. Timely reiefs, i.e, sign offs. Emphasis on safety Availability of wi-fi Flexibility in length of contracts

      Cons

      Company pays 80% of the amount paid by other container ship operator. But this is compensated by other benefits.
