      *Good Environment *Good Salary *Good Food Facilities *Good Transport. *Bad Behavior among the Employees. *Every one has some selfish behavior.

      Cons

      Company has a good infrastructure, good plan, but they need to posses good employees. The Transport facilities are good, food is not quit acceptable as the they provide just the above average food.

      Pros

      Provide sufficient training for new recruits. Unified work environment globally. A wide communication network throughout multinational office which adds to your experience. A great potential to grow within the group

      Cons

      Sometimes it hard gettting the full information from overseas offices as the processes are diversified. You can find a sort of difficulties to apply some setting related to local requirements. Some tasks are hard to do as you can't see the full picture due to offshoring services.
