      I think that this is a big company and they are organized with the work that they do, with customers, port control and employee.

      Cons

      Maybe the recruitment proccess in not that valuable. I think that they could be more serius than uses to be by giving chances to people with knowledge of the area.

      The position offers a great opportunity to learn a lot about the operations of a shipping company. Overall a good experience for those that are starting on the business.

      Cons

      It might become a bit hard to climb up in the corporate ladder because once you reach a certain degree of expertise you are most likely to be kept on that position since it is crucial for the optimum performance of the operations.
