      Pros

      Great place to learn. Multicultural environment. World class practices and processes. Lots of social activities. Pays well. Some really good perks.

      Cons

      HQ measures all by numbers leading to understaffed local areas. There is no work-life balance. Current transformations in Finance and HR is leading to a lost of quality of service of both areas. Lots of micromanaging from current senior leaders. They are not interested to get to know their people.
