Pros
Salaries are reasonable. They definitely need help. As a member of the larger AP Moller Maersk Group there is a lot of stability. The Danish have a strong work / life balance so no need to work excessive hours.
Cons
HR department is not employee friendly. Top management seems to lack a clear direction. Organization is very consensus based with little decision making and very long lead times to change. Two types of people at the company 1) Those who have been there for decades and this has been their only place of employment. 2) Those who are new. Difficult to break through the long standing traditions.
