Great colleagues & great corporate culture! Probably Denmark's best place to work. Denmark's biggest company measured on revenue.

Cons

Compensation is not top of the industry. This may get some people to leave the company for a better paying job elsewhere.

There are a variety of different positions that allow you to learn the shipping industry. Management was great and supportive, and the company truly follows their values. Thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company.

Cons

In most offices, advancement passed management is minimal as most positions are located in the Charlotte, NC office. Unless you want to move there, advancement stagnates.
