      extremely relaxed life at work friendly people

      Cons

      values are only in power point presentations and posters, what is practised in reality is very different and extremely bad no strategic thinking at leadership level, too many changes too often not good at all for mid/senior management roles no authority to site leadership to make local decisions, all decisions made in india though Maersk is a big group, most internal opportunities are posted on the job portal just for name sake, the preferred candidate is already shortlisted in most of the cases
