No respect towards employees
Pros
Salary is good, not great! But better than most companies. That is perhaps the only thing good about this God-foresaken company
Cons
1. Managers get too personal and pick on you, and often becomes a topic of discussion at work, which is totally against employee welfare 2. Promotions are next to impossible unless brown-nosing is a solid proficiency 3. They hold you responsible for things that are way above your pay-grade 4. You can forget about having a life-style. If you work night shifts, you are expected to come in the morning hours too for any silly reason, otherwise they threaten you with "consequences" 5. The HR is totally disrespectful towards company policies and they don't know the policies themselves... pfft! 6. Last, but not the least, they make you give 3 months' notice, otherwise they make you pay for it in full. Never heard of a company asking for 3 months' notice. This is just a way for the company to make money out of an employee
