      great opportunities to work with different team globally, great exposure on different areas of IT services

      it contains too much changes in the past 5 years and there was a new CIO on board last year which result in strategy and structural changes

      - Pay is good, on the higher end of industry - Overall, people feel very proud of the company due the complex nature of business and the millions of people company's services touches - Centrally located office - Strong sense of values

      Cons

      - Opposite of Google culture. Not much flexibility, too many rules, micro management - Really good for Finance and Ops domain, Not much of HR or IT work - Salary structure is not friendly from a tax saving perspective - Career path not defined, its up to employees to network and find opportunities
