      From the perspective of a marine engineer: Overall most of the ships are well maintained. Policies which ensure that crew members are adequately rested. Timely reiefs, i.e, sign offs. Emphasis on safety Availability of wi-fi Flexibility in length of contracts

      Cons

      Company pays 80% of the amount paid by other container ship operator. But this is compensated by other benefits.

      The name is great but the employee relationship is the worst.

      It will sharpen ur communication skills. It will test your patience and sense of urgency. It will make you feel numb, almost no life at all.

      Cons

      The tenure employees have superiority complex. The company motto is cost savings without care for employees' welfare. They will make u fell worthless. They make so much rules, where nobody follows. Too bad if u are not friendly you suffer the most from all that rules. There motto is super friends. Not professional in dealing with co employees. Tenure employees have respect to provi, tjwy can choose there tasks. Very unprofessional.
